چکیده

This paper addresses the stability analysis problem for a class of linear hyperbolic systems with distributed controllers sampled in space and time. First, considered system is recast an equivalent form continuous time control loop operators representing discretization errors (spatio-temporal sampling errors). Then help Lyapunov–Razumikhin approach, Rɛ-stability proposed balance laws verified via sufficient conditions. At last, method illustrated numerically.

H∞-Optimal Boundary Control of Hyperbolic Systems with Sampled Measurements

This paper studies the finite-horizon H∞-optimal control problem for linear hyperbolic systems when only time-sampled values of the state are available, with control acting on the boundary. The problem is formulated in a differential game framework by associating a zero-sum differential game with the original disturbance attenuation problem. The minimizing player’s minimax strategy in this game...

Optimal Sampled–Data State Feedback Control of Linear Systems ⋆

This paper addresses and solves two optimal state-feedback control design problems for sampled-data systems. First, we reformulate the closed-loop system as a special linear hybrid system. Then, two theorems are developed to evaluate the H2 and the H∞ performances of hybrid systems using specific two-point boundary value problems. Both theorems are adapted to provide optimal control conditions,...

Linear matrix inequality approach for synchronization of chaotic fuzzy cellular neural networks with discrete and unbounded distributed delays based on sampled-data control

In this paper, linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach for synchronization of chaotic fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with discrete and unbounded distributed delays based on sampled-data controlis investigated. Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional combining with the input delay approach as well as the free-weighting matrix approach are employed to derive several sufficient criteria in terms of...

Spatially Sampled Robust Repetitive Control

Repetitive control is one control algorithm based on the Internal Model Principle (Francis & Wonham, 1976) and has been widely implemented in various applications. A repetitive control based system has been shown to work well for tracking periodic reference commands or for rejecting periodic disturbances. Although the idea has been verified as early as 1981 (Inoue et al., 1981), a rigorous anal...

Sampled-data supervisory control

This paper focuses on issues related to implementing timed discrete-event systems (TDES) supervisors, and the concurrency and timing delay issues involved. In particular, we examine issues related to implementing TDES as sampled-data (SD) controllers. An SD controller is driven by a periodic clock and sees the system as a series of inputs and outputs. On each clock edge (tick event), it samples...
